1 Introduction

2 Definitions

To register and maintain an account on mn313, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform;
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or any other restriction that prohibits your participation in online gambling;
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of mn313 or any of its affiliated entities;
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and at any subsequent point when requested by mn313 for compliance purposes.

4 Account Registration and Management

4.1 Registration Process

To open an account with mn313, you are required to complete the online registration form accurately and in full. You must provide a valid email address, create a secure password, and supply any additional information required during the registration process, including full legal name, date of birth, and contact number.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one account only. mn313 employs technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mn313 reserves the right to:

• suspend or close all duplicate accounts without prior notice;
• void all bets and transactions placed from duplicate accounts;
• forfeit any bonus funds and winnings held in duplicate accounts; and
• retain deposited funds pending investigation in cases of suspected fraud.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. mn313 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mn313 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

4.4 KYC Verification

mn313 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where suspicious activity is detected. Documents typically requested include a copy of your Malaysian MyKad, a selfie, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may be suspended or restricted.

5 Deposits and Payments

5.1 Accepted Currencies and Payment Methods

mn313 operates natively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All account balances, bets, payouts, and bonus amounts are displayed and processed in MYR unless otherwise specified. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

5.2 Minimum Deposit

5.3 Deposit Responsibility

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. mn313 reserves the right to refuse deposits from third-party sources and to freeze accounts where third-party funding is suspected. Players are responsible for any transaction fees levied by their payment provider, though mn313 does not charge fees on standard deposits.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds from your mn313 account, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC verification;
• All wagering requirements attached to any active bonus must have been fully met;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your daily or weekly withdrawal limit for your VIP tier;
• Your account must be in good standing with no outstanding compliance flags or disputes.

6.2 Processing Times

mn313 processes withdrawal requests on a continuous basis. Indicative processing times following approval are:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost eWallet: 5–15 minutes under normal conditions;
• FPX / Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong, Public Bank): 1–3 business hours;

These are indicative timelines only. mn313 does not guarantee processing within these windows during periods of unusually high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

6.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible, mn313 may request verification of an alternative payout method.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per transaction. Minimum amounts for USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to current network fee conditions.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional bonuses offered by mn313, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards, are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, as well as these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. mn313 reserves the right to change wagering requirements on future promotions with reasonable notice.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated on the applicable promotion page will expire and be forfeited automatically. Players will not receive compensation for expired bonus funds.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

mn313 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to:

• registering multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once;
• placing low-risk bets (e.g., placing bets on all outcomes) to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine sporting risk;
• coordinating with other players to abuse referral programs;
• using automated betting systems to exploit promotional terms.

Where bonus abuse is identified, mn313 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the relevant account.

7.5 VIP Programme

mn313's VIP Programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, VIP Diamond) is administered at the Company's absolute discretion. Tier assignments, tier benefits, and birthday bonus entitlements (MYR 188 / MYR 388 / MYR 888 / MYR 2,688 for respective tiers) are subject to the current VIP Programme terms, which may be updated periodically.

7.6 Referral Programme

The mn313 referral programme awards a reward of MYR 38 per qualifying referral to both the referring player and the newly registered friend, subject to the referred player completing registration and making a qualifying deposit. Referral bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements. Referral fraud, including fabricated referrals or self-referrals via secondary accounts, will result in forfeiture of all referral earnings and may lead to permanent account closure.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

mn313 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of a technical error in the odds, where the bet would exceed the Company's maximum liability for that market, or where there is evidence of match manipulation or insider information.

8.2 Error in Odds

Where mn313 becomes aware that odds have been published erroneously — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake to the player's account. mn313 is not obligated to honour bets placed at manifestly incorrect prices.

8.3 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are offered on a range of sporting events including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, and UFC bouts. In-play bets are accepted at the prices displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. mn313 accepts no liability for bets placed on in-play markets where live data feeds have experienced delays or interruptions.

8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface. mn313 may adjust these limits at any time and without prior notice for individual accounts where risk management considerations apply.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mn313 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false registration information; impersonating another person; using stolen or unauthorised payment methods;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or betting markets;
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing bets to exploit differences in odds across markets in a manner that guarantees profit regardless of outcome;
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform;
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargeback claims with payment providers in respect of genuine deposits made to mn313;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from criminal activity;
• Underage Registration: Registering an account or permitting a person under 21 years of age to use your account;
• Circumventing Restrictions: Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited, or using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your geographic location.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the mn313 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, source code, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of mn313 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to mn313's intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of mn313. Unauthorised use of mn313's intellectual property is a violation of applicable intellectual property law and these Terms.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

mn313's collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, mn313 collects and uses your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the provision of customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the operation of the Platform.

12 Responsible Gambling

mn313 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and player welfare. The Platform is intended as a source of entertainment for adults. It is not intended as a source of income and is not suitable for persons who are unable to afford to lose the funds they wager.

mn313 provides the following responsible gambling tools, which are available to all registered players without restriction:

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mn313 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

mn313's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Player Funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

mn313 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond mn313's control may cause temporary unavailability. mn313 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to notify players in advance where planned maintenance is required.

14 Account Suspension and Termination

14.1 Suspension by mn313

mn313 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder has engaged in, or is reasonably suspected of engaging in, Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9;
• The account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• The account is the subject of a chargeback claim, fraud investigation, or law enforcement inquiry;
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age;
• Continued operation of the account would expose mn313 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

14.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting mn313 support. Prior to processing account closure, mn313 will apply any outstanding wagering requirements, settle pending bets, and process any eligible withdrawal of remaining Player Funds to your registered payment method.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, whether initiated by you or by mn313, all access to the Platform will cease. Bonus Funds not yet converted to withdrawable Player Funds through completion of wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure. Player Funds (excluding forfeited bonus-related amounts) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any offsetting of amounts owed to mn313.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mn313 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred in the first instance to mn313's customer support team for informal resolution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings. The language of all dispute resolution proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.

16 Amendments to These Terms

mn313 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mn313 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date on which the current version of these Terms came into effect is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect.
